How to compare fairly
- Tag the same rooms in every unit.
- Verify North for each unit. Units on different sides of a tower face different ways.
- Building or selling a project? Save each unit type once, then enter how many units share that plan. The project summary weights each type by its units.
- Vastu is one input. Light, view, price and floor matter too, and this page does not weigh them.
