Free check

The free check costs nothing.

Instant reports

An instant report is delivered the moment you pay, so it is not refundable once delivered. If it fails to generate or cannot be opened, we refund it in full.

Expert reports

• If the consultant does not sign your report within the time shown at checkout, you get a full refund and still receive the report.
• If the consultant finds the plan unreadable or North impossible to verify, and it is not resolved within 24 hours, you get a full refund automatically.

Calls

A booked call can be moved once without charge up to 12 hours before it starts.

To the original payment method, within 5 to 7 working days. See the terms of service.
