What we collect

The floor plan image you upload, and any photos you add.
The place you search for on the map, and compass readings you take.
The concerns you choose to tell us about.
Your phone number or email, once accounts are available, and a record of what you bought.

We do not collect card or bank details. Those go directly to the payment partner.

Why we use it

Only to produce your Vastu result and report, to let a consultant review it if you buy that tier, and to contact you about that order. We do not sell your data and we do not use your plans or photos in marketing without separate written consent.

Who processes it for us

An AI provider reads the plan image to find the rooms.
A map and place-search provider shows the satellite view for North verification.
Payment partners process payments.
A messaging provider delivers reports by WhatsApp and email.

The named list of providers will be published here before launch.

How long we keep it

The free check does not store your plan. For paid reports, plans, photos and the report are kept for 12 months after your last report so you can re-check and re-download, then deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see, correct or erase your data, withdraw consent, raise a grievance, and nominate someone to act for you. The grievance officer's contact will be published here before launch.

Aggregate insights

We may publish statistics that cannot identify any person or home, such as the most common findings in a city.
