Vastu for a 2 BHK flat: rooms and zones
In a 2 BHK flat the decision you control is which bedroom becomes the master bedroom. Give it to the bedroom that sits in a good master bedroom zone, then check both toilets, the kitchen and the main door. Those placements are fixed by the builder.

What to check in a 2 BHK flat
- Which bedroom is the master. The two bedrooms usually sit in different zones. Good master bedroom zones are SW, S, WSW, W under the 16-zone school and SW, S, W under the 8-direction school. Use the other room for children or guests.
- Both toilets. Each toilet is read on its own, and each one in an avoided zone is a separate finding. The schools avoid toilets in NE, N, NNE, Centre, SW, SE, E, W, S under the 16-zone school and NE, Centre, SW, N, E under the 8-direction school.
- The kitchen. Good kitchen zones are SE, SSE, S, W, NW under the 16-zone school and SE, NW under the 8-direction school.
- The main door. Good main door zones are N, NNE, NE, E under the 16-zone school and N, NE, E under the 8-direction school.
- Mirror units. Many towers place two 2 BHK units as mirror images on each floor. The same plan gives different zones in each. Check the exact unit, and use the mirror buttons in the check if you only have one plan.
Good and avoid zones for each room
Zones are measured from the centre of the home with North verified. A zone that is not listed is neutral for that room.
